§ 02 — WHAT'S INCLUDED

Six things a monthly engagement covers.

Choose support around the tools you rely on, with clear responsibilities, review intervals and agreed response arrangements.

01

Monthly support

An agreed point of contact, support hours and response targets, with clear arrangements for investigating and fixing issues.

02

Workflow maintenance

Review and update automations and assistants as connected systems, staff or processes change.

03

Usage & cost reviews

What each system costs to run, where it's wasteful, and the changes that bring it down without losing quality.

04

Quality monitoring

Sampled outputs reviewed against standards; accuracy and hand-off rates tracked; content and prompts adjusted.

05

Staff coaching & performance reporting

Short sessions as new people join or tools change, and a monthly report on what the systems handled.

06

Fractional AI Lead

Ongoing technical direction, project prioritisation and vendor coordination without a full-time hire.

§ 03 — HOW A MONTH RUNS

A rhythm rather than a project.

Predictable cost, predictable attention, and a written record of what changed and why.

Monitor

Dashboards and alerts watched continuously; exceptions and errors picked up before the team notices. Output: issues resolved as they occur.

CADENCE: CONTINUOUS

Review

A monthly review of quality samples, usage, costs and what the team is asking for. Output: a short written report.

CADENCE: MONTHLY

Improve

A prioritised list of tuning and small builds for the month ahead, agreed with you. Output: improvements shipped.

YOU APPROVE: THE LIST

Plan

Quarterly: what's changed in the tools and the business, and what the next project should be. Output: an updated roadmap.

CADENCE: QUARTERLY
§ 06 — QUESTIONS

Common questions about ongoing support.

No. Everything is handed over with documentation so you can run it yourself. Most businesses choose a support plan because the systems keep improving with attention.

What each system handled, what it flagged, what it cost to run, accuracy samples, and the improvements made and planned.

We review the plan as your systems and needs change. Any changes to scope, fees or notice periods follow the terms agreed for your engagement.

Part-time help with AI direction, project priorities and supplier coordination, without hiring a full-time technical lead. Time commitment and responsibilities are agreed around your business.

We can assess them first. We review access, documentation, software dependencies and current issues before agreeing what we can maintain. Some systems need repairs or a clearer handover before ongoing support is practical.

Pricing depends on the systems covered, support hours, monitoring and improvement work required. We agree the scope, response arrangements and exclusions before starting. Major new features can be quoted separately.

Support hours and response targets are agreed in your plan. Do not assume round-the-clock coverage. We discuss how urgent incidents will be handled and which third-party services your systems depend on.
